We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Special Educational Needs school in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will work with children with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their goals and develop essential life skills. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting children with SEMH needs in a classroom setting
* Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
* Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
* Providing emotional support and guidance to children
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children with SEMH needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Passion for supporting children with special educational needs
