Description and requirements:

As a leading FM client, Mobile Building Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for delivering first line maintenance and minor repairs to all fire resisting components and to health and safety critical fabric elements within our clients property.
Youll:
x25CF; Be required to have a good knowledge of all fire and final exit door operations including the nominated ironmongery required to keep our client safe and assets in good order.
x25CF; Having a keen eye for detail and problem solving would assist our delivery of maintenance in a diverse estate.
x25CF; Work as part of a wider maintenance team you will ensure buildings are operational and maintained to the highest standard which will include inspection and reporting as well as hands on maintenance.
x25CF; Be required to respond in a prompt and professional manner to all building fabrics related issues and strive to achieve a first fix solution.
We are looking for:
x25CF; Previous experience required of carrying out general building fabric related inspections, Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance repair work.
x25CF; City and Guilds/SQA qualification with a traditional trade desirable but not essential. A relevant CSCS card is also desirable
