Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Theatre Recovery Lead to join our client’s dedicated and dynamic team.
About the Role
As the Theatre Recovery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of patient care within the Theatre Recovery team. You’ll lead by example, delivering efficient, individualised patient care and adhering to the highest clinical standards.
This role requires a strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient-focused services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the best clinical outcomes while meeting the evolving needs of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the Theatre Recovery team to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
Manage the day-to-day operations within Theatre Recovery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with clinical standards.
Provide expert clinical advice and mentorship to staff, fostering professional growth and development.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and enhance service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate patient care processes, implementing improvements as needed.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and hospital policies.
Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
Key Requirements
Professional Registration: NMC/HCPC registered.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ recovery experience in a similar setting.
Qualifications: ALS qualification (desirable).
Skills:
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage complex clinical situations effectively.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clinical excellence.
Competence with IT systems and digital tools for healthcare.
Attitude: A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
