Internal Sales Executive Our client, a lead manufacturing company who due to continued growth are seeking a new Sales executive to manage their local customers in Northern Ireland. If you have great customer service skills and come from a manufacturing background with Sales or Administration experience, this could be the opportunity for you. What you will do: Deal with customers on the phone and via email, receiving their orders for next day delivery. Try and upsell products and new offers to maximise sales Raise customer purchase orders Review & check pricing, technical specification & Incoterms on customer orders Liaise with production to make sure customer orders are completed Process customer invoices once their orders are completed. Make sure customer orders are correct before despatch team load them on transport. Manage stock levels to make sure future customer orders can be met accordingly. Deal with customer queries or issues in professional manner. File & maintain sales export paperwork & dispatch records Business development calls to potential new customers to expand the business and maximise sales. What you will need: 2 years Sales or Administration experience (Essential) 2 years experience working within a busy manufacturing company (Essential) Excellent computer literacy skills, especially proficient in Excel. Excellent communication skills across a range of businesses.
