Our client, a Tier 1 contractor delivering energy saving improvements across multiple hospitals in the North of England, is seeking a skilled professional who can manage their clients' projects while ensuring quality control. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - MRICS qualification preferred Skills: Project Management Cost Control Quality Assurance/Control Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategies Contract Negotiation Skills Responsibilities include but not limited to: Oversee cost management activities throughout project lifecycle. Provide support during pre-construction phase including procurement strategies. Establishing budgetary controls for all works executed under contract(s). Monitor progress against agreed program reporting variances as necessary together with developing recovery plans where required. - KEY PART OF THIS ROLE WILL BE MANAGING THE HEALTHCARE TRUST ON BEHALF OF THE CONTRACTOR - Experience of dealing with large government led organisations would be advantageous - The role will be hybrid but site visits will be expected and the sites will cover the North of England This will be a long term contract role and will be deemed Outside IR35. I expect the rate to pay £500/day.
