We seek an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager – Technical with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent product management skills and a strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills.
The Renewed CX Product Manager will own defining and driving the Amazon Renewed customer experience product vision and roadmap across the end-to-end customer journey. The role will work across multiple business, design, product, and engineering teams to develop foundational shopping experiences, including inspiration, discovery, evaluation, detail page optimization, pricing, purchasing, personalization, and more.
Key job responsibilities
1. Help drive and deliver the CX vision for the Renewed shopping experience in partnership with UX design and engineering teams.
2. Help develop an actionable product roadmap, and identify and influence business/engineering teams to run experiments.
3. Drive ideation and management of a portfolio of experiments, some that span multiple teams and shopping experiences, and some that dive deep in one CX area.
4. Leverage your high judgment to prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; work with design teams to scope design effort, set/track goals, and triage priorities across product/engineering teams.
5. Utilize your varied background and skillsets to dive deep with designers on UX decisions and drive technical conversations with engineering partners to create roadmap planning.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience managing technical products or online services
* Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
