Join Our Team as an Equine Receptionist with Horse Handling Experience in the beautiful Dorset countryside.
Are you a horse lover with a knack for customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Equine Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients and their horses, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warmly greet clients and their horses, making them feel at home.
2. Efficiently manage the diary.
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
4. Keep accurate records and manage client files with accuracy.
5. Assist with horse handling and care when needed.
6. Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.
7. Collaborate with veterinary staff and other team members to ensure top-notch service.
The Perfect Fit:
1. Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in an equine or veterinary setting.
2. Strong horse handling skills and a deep understanding of equine care.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency with office software and record-keeping.
5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
6. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with horses.
This is a full-time or part-time role working between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.
