Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Process customer orders via phone, email, and online portals
Coordinate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience
Prepare quotations and pricing information upon request
Manage credit notes and facilitate customer returns
Organise collections and deliveries in liaison with carriers
Provide customers with delivery updates and proof of deliveries
Support customers with website navigation and product selection
Assist Account Managers by handling queries and offering administrative support
