The successful applicant will deliver an efficient and effective high quality support service (not personal care) to vulnerable people with complex needs including domestic abuse, substance use and mental health issues, who live on Anglesey. This support will enable and empower the people that Stori supports to shape the direction of their lives, develop new skills, gain greater independence and take control of their rights and responsibilities.
Ideally applicants will have had experience in a similar role.
Roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for.
Candidates should hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
Interviews will be held in Bangor shortly after the closing date.
