The role of our Client Services Administrator is one that requires passion and dedication. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate diligence, focus and attention to detail.
In this role you will join our busy Administration team, working closely and building relationships with our Clients. You will handle customer interactions and use our social media platforms to respond to incoming queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all client instructions are actioned efficiently and in a professional manner
2. Manage cash payments from customers visiting the office
3. Record and action all incoming written/email correspondence
4. Data inputting and completing internal checks for clients
5. Run remittances and distribute to the client in a timely and accurate manner
6. Complete the banking procedure, including posting payments and completing necessary paperwork
7. Complete investigations into absconded debtors and utilise internal tracing system, in order to identify new debtor address and contact information
8. Provide support to the Enforcement team where necessary; responding to Enforcement Agent calls and answering queries
9. Answer client calls, assist with queries and following specific client instructions
Experience:
* You will have proven experience working in an Administration role
* You will be IT literate with experience handling social media platforms for business purposes

* Excellent communication: you have strong written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.

* Organisation: you have a methodical and thorough approach to work, with experience following a process, handling multiple and changing timescales and the ability to stay on top of a varied and rapidly changing workload without dropping the ball. You are flexible and highly self-motivated as well as being able to work as part of a collaborative team.
