The Recruitment Crowd has recently partnered with a market-leading client and is looking for a scanner/quality checker.
Pay Rate: £12.34 per hour
Job Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30pm-5:30am with 2 X 20-minute breaks included.
The Role:
* Ensure all safety checks are completed on relevant equipment at the start of your shift.
* Use scan unit in an efficient manner.
* Ensure all pallets are scanned on allocated trailers.
* Identify the profile of pallets/clauses accordingly.
* Use digital camera/able to manually document.
* Identify damaged pallets in QC Bay and establish if Hub fault or in-bound damage.
* Take photographs of pallets upon arrival into QC bay and after intervention from Hub staff to make it safe for transport.
* Using scan guns, scan labels for each pallet notifying all members of the damages.
* By use of manual handling and equipment supplied make sure all pallets are in a condition for suitable transport.
Requirements:
* Must have scanning experience.
* Due to finish time, candidates must live locally or have their own means of transport.
* Reliable, can-do attitude.
