At Securitas, we are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a UK-wide security transformation programme for a key strategic client. This role is at the forefront of enhancing security services, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust governance and control to maximise return on investment.
As a senior management position, this role demands a unique blend of strategic vision, leadership, and technical expertise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a dedicated team, and ensure that our security solutions effectively meet client needs.

Job Opportunity
Job Responsibilities
* Align programme activities with the client’s project management framework.
* Oversee efficient and effective project delivery in line with Securitas’ strategic objectives.
* Provide strategic transformation guidance to the Global Account Director.
* Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of the security transformation programme.
* Manage client and project teams, mitigate risks, and report to the Global Programme Director.
* Contribute to the Project Review Board and oversee Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, Exclusions, Opportunities, and Costs (DAREOC).
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Lead and inspire a diverse team while fostering strong client relationships.
* Align security solutions with client needs and risk profiles.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
* Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
* Deliver data-driven insights through reports and dashboards.
* Assess risks, conduct feasibility studies, and support change management initiatives.
* Drive operational enhancements and promote innovative security solutions.
* Monitor programme effectiveness and champion continuous learning.

* Technical & Business Analysis – Proficient in MS Project, Tableau, Power BI; skilled in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DAREOC.
* Behavioural Skills – Adaptable, detail-oriented, critical thinker with strong time management.
Essential
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
* Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
* The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
* Must have the ability to hold SC clearance
* Proven experience and/or qualifications in program management, ideally within the security sector.
* Previous experience in a similar role
