FANGFANG BEAUTY LIMITED JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Administrator POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Administrator will support Fangfang Beauty's operations by managing logistics, inventory, and administrative tasks. Working closely with the Director, this role involves coordinating shipments, managing stock in the UK warehouse, processing orders, maintaining shipping schedules, and optimizing stock control systems. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Daily office sample receiving and dispatch management. The processing of Purchase Orders, Stock Registers, and Delivery Notes. Develop and adhere to shipping schedules. Manage an offsite warehouse in the UK. Possess a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the stock control system. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB: 1. Develop and adhere to shipping schedules: Specify detailed shipping schedules for each product, from the receipt of products at our China warehouse to liaising with freight forwarders. Book the correct number of containers on time, ensuring they are loaded on schedule to meet sailing dates and optimize container space usage. Ensure the timely booking of all freight, whether for direct consignment to customers or to our offsite contract warehouse in Manchester, UK. 2. Manage an offsite warehouse in the UK: Oversee proper stock handling and perform final quality checks before delivering products to customers. Control order picking processes and handle necessary paperwork for efficient operations. 3. Possess full knowledge and understanding of a stock and order administrative computer system: Be responsible for the company's software program, QuickBooks Premier, which integrates sales, stock, and purchase functions.
