CONSULTANT IN DIABETES AND ENDOCRINOLOGY / GENERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE
10 PAs/40 hours per week
£107,144-142,369 per annum pro rata
NHS Highland is looking for a Locum Consultant to join our enthusiastic, dynamic, and forward-thinking team and work with the existing consultants in continuing to provide a high-quality General Internal Medicine (GIM)/Diabetes and Endocrine service for the Scottish Highlands.
The successful candidate will be expected to work within the diabetes multidisciplinary team, providing a wide range of diabetes and endocrine services (which may include outreach clinics in Fort William, Thurso, and the Isle of Skye) and participate in the medical on-call rota on a 1:16 basis.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate extensive experience in GIM and Diabetes and Endocrinology and should hold, or be eligible for CCT in GIM and Diabetes and Endocrinology, or equivalent, within 6 months of interview.
