Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a 6 month FTC based near London Bridge.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator with expertise in SAP and HRIS systems to join our team for a 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will support our HR department in managing HR-related tasks within a HR projects team.
Key Responsibilities
* HRIS and SAP Management: Maintain and update the HRIS and SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Reporting: Generate and analyse HR reports as required, providing insights and recommendations to the People team.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Support HR Initiatives: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, performance management and employee engagement
* General HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering queries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role with a focus strong focus on SAP (Success factors)
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Key Points:
* Near London Bridge
* 3 days per week in the office & 2 at home
* £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
* 9am - 5:30pm
* Monday - Friday
* 6 month FTC
