We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team in Stafford.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
1. Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
2. Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
3. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
4. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and introducers.
5. Managing own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.
6. Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.
