Job Title: Deputy Manager
Salary: Up to 42,000 per annum

* Support staff, promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community, and advocate for service users.

Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
* Previous experience at Deputy Manager level within Children’s Residential Home (Essential)
* Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
