Position: Customer Service Representative
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on age) + Benefits

Hours: 35-40 hours per week (7/8 hours shifts, operates 24/7 - Must be fully flexible)

Our client provides emergency control services in various scenarios; exceptional communication skills will be key to ensuring smooth interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering a friendly, customer-focused service utilising excellent communication and active listening skills.
2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and making detailed reports.
3. Using third-party CRM systems to log customer requests and information.
4. Ensuring adherence to PCI compliance guidelines and company protocols.
5. Managing a variety of tasks and prioritising effectively to meet customer needs.
6. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers, and engineers.
Person Specification:
1. Must be flexible and able to work any shifts in a 24-hour period including early and late hours, nights, and weekends. A rota will be issued 2 weeks in advance.
2. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
3. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
4. Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
