Job Role: Site Manager (Facilities)
Location: HMP Grendon Springhill, Edgcott, Aylesbury, HP18 0TL
Salaries up to: 55,830.94 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Grendon Springhill, two male prisons located on one site. Grendon is a category B male prison, and Springhill is category D.

As a Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators. All are dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.
We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for a Site Manager with any combination of:
1. Experience of facilities management
2. Experience of managing budgets
3. Experience of managing staff
4. Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment - Desirable
5. Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
6. IOSH Qualification - Desirable
7. Good Health & Safety knowledge
8. Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
