A great opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join and build upon the already great reputation of our client, a modern British Restaurant. This restaurant is centred between Basildon and Brentwood and is a local favourite.
This venue remains busy year-round, catering for guests as well as local clientele. Using locally sourced ingredients, they pride themselves on producing spectacular dishes and are always looking to create something new. They deliver on a funky dining concept and have strong seasonal influence in their dishes.
As Chef De Partie, you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a fine dining/rosette level establishment. You will be passionate about food, work well under pressure and as part of a team and have knowledge of each section of the kitchen.
This position is to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and shifts will be a mix of splits and straights.
