Today we work with over 500 advertisers across the world. About this role The Partner Success Manager is a key role reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations. This role will be responsible for creating insight and intelligence to help grow revenue from our Platform Partners (SSP’s and DSP’s). This role is critical in helping build a deep understanding of partner performance and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Support the Platform Partnership team to understand the performance of their accounts through value statements and QBR insights and bespoke research Translate reporting into actionable commercial insights, contextualising performance in support of customer-facing discussions Analyse market trends and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making and commercial narrative across platform partner accounts Support Ozone’s Platform Partnership strategy in order to drive sustained revenue growth for both Ozone and our Ad Partners. Design & implement a scoring framework which helps us measure Partner performance, inform strategy and determine day to day priorities across the wider team. Project manage the onboarding of new Ad Partners & Holdco integrations working closely with BD, Product, Engineering and Technical Account Management. Support the coordination and prioritisation of ‘interventions and optimisations’ backlog which drive revenue, or mitigate risk, based on business impact. Working closely with other stakeholders to ensure that we are aligned in our approach to delivery of business objectives. This will include collaboration with: ○ Engineering and Product, working closely with the Smart Bidstream PM build business cases which inform the prioritisation of new features and to capability. ○ Technical Account Management and Operations to ensure that we have optimal configuration across Publishers and each Ad Partner ○ Publisher Services, informing their prioritisation of certain inventory and / or data profiles. ○ RevOps in support of Ad Partner KPIs & measurement, reporting and issue identification ○ Ozone Marketing for go-to-market and messaging support. Excellent communication with Senior Leadership & the wider Ozone organisation, and externally with key programmatic customers & partners when needed. Required experience/ skills You will have experience managing major Ad Partner relationships across SSP’s or DSP’s with responsibility for account management Exceptional verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation and clear, confident business-writing. Excellent understanding of the digital ecosystem and a strong operational understanding of key ad technologies including prebid, RTB, SSP / exchanges and DSPs including auction-logic. You’ll be ‘data-driven’ in your approach; familiar with data systems and dashboarding, confident in operating in a KPI-driven environment whilst relying on business intelligence to inform your decision-making.
