Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Medical Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a remote, flexible role that rewards performance with uncapped earnings. Role Overview: As a Medical Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on recruiting Doctors across various grades and specialities. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from candidate sourcing and interviews to placement and follow-up. The role requires a strong background in medical recruitment, a passion for healthcare, and the drive to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and place Doctors in a variety of medical specialities and grades. Develop strong, lasting relationships with both healthcare clients and candidates. Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement. Work towards personal and team targets to earn uncapped commission. Provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates regarding the recruitment process. Build a solid pipeline of candidates and clients within your specialism. Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly in recruiting Doctors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
