HVAC - Supervisor - Central Midlands and surrounding areas
Looking after HVAC Technician/Engineers over 150-200 sites across the Midlands region.
Our client is a global Facilities Management company with a strong relationship with many blue-chip contracts. They are continuously expanding their workforce with over 8000+ employees in the UK.

Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for an HVAC Supervisor, responsible for overseeing HVAC Technician/Engineers across 100 sites in the Midlands Region.
The HVAC Supervisor is crucial to the delivery of PPM, Reactive, and testing workstreams while providing technical assistance to all maintenance teams across the estate. This role involves effectively planning and leading HVAC teams to ensure all services are completed to the agreed standard and comply with all regulatory and company standards. You will be the technical expert and key account holder for FGas, ensuring maintenance of our obligations and supporting engineers through training.
This role requires managing a budget and ensuring service delivery is cost-effective while complying with customer and company Health & Safety requirements at all times.
The responsibilities include:
* Ensure underperformance on KPI’s is understood and action plans are in place to drive improvement.
* Support the Divisional Operations Manager on all technical, people, and FM process issues.
* Represent the company professionally and develop good working relationships with HVAC technicians and the customer’s employees.
* Ensure all sites are covered for maintenance services, including Reactive and PPM.
* Audit FM documentation and act on any non-compliance issues.
* Deal promptly with all Help Desk calls and ensure issues are resolved effectively, escalating when necessary.
* Regularly communicate with the customer on all FM activity.
Qualifications Required:
* SVQ/NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical Equivalent Qualification
* ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum
* ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum
* City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition
* Fully conversant with all major manufacturers' systems and equipment
* In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
* Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to extract, collate, and present data
* Excellent planning, organizing, prioritization, and project management skills
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Strong results focus, taking accountability for own performance
In return, our client is offering a total package of up to £53,131 per annum, including on-call every 1 in 4 weeks, travel time, company vehicle, uniform, healthcare, pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).
