My client is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Advisor with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) to join their dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about driving positive change and fostering a productive work environment.
This position is fully on site based.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and support on all aspects of Employee Relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
2. Partner with line managers to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
3. Lead investigations and manage casework, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.
4. Proactively identify potential ER issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
5. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for managers on ER best practices.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong background in ER case management.
2. Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
