Role overview You shall will work on BHC business critical and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Clinics Leadership team and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding business and customer outcomes. They will provide support to BHC project and business teams in understanding the business, its operations and practices, together with environmental, market and healthcare industry contexts, to establish cost effective solutions and business change management strategies that enable the business to achieve its ambitions and objectives. Operating within a strong conduct and control framework, they will consider and uphold BHCs regulatory and compliance obligations across the change management journey; from initiation throughout delivery and into closure and planning for benefits realisation How youll help us make health happen The Senior Business Analyst will: • Rigorously explore, analyse and ‘unpack business plans, goals and ideas; working these into commercially sound business cases that deliver clearly defined, desirable outcomes. • Partner effectively with stakeholders to translate these outcomes into specific objectives, and from there define detailed needs and prioritised business requirements. • Examine these needs and requirements through various lenses such as customers, partners, employees, the business and its regulators, understanding and managing the competing tensions to create appropriate specifications that, in turn, drive practical deliverables. • Identify sustainable solutions (technical, people, process, systems, cultural, or any combination of these), and create and manage optimised, efficient delivery plans (covering business and stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness activities including training and testing considerations). Find ways to remove impediments and tenaciously pursue desired results, staying focused on delivery and doing what is required to make an outcome happen. • Create and manage optimised documentation for all change & project assignments. Articulate information in such a way that those who need it will be able to access it easily and understand it accurately. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role of Senior Business Analyst: • Be educated to degree level or equivalent or hold a Business Analysis and/or Change Management certification (preferably to Practitioner level) by a recognised professional body such as APMG, ISEB/BCS or IIBA. • Evidence a background of successful Change delivery within the Healthcare and/or Financial Services industries, ideally with experience of working in e-commerce or digital environments. • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of established Change and Business Analysis methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and the use of relevant systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence. • Be a strong and logical problem solver, able to demonstrate a history of innovative, lateral and creative thinking, and capable of making sound pragmatic decisions. • Be commercially focused, with an intuitive ability to design and deploy highly effective business solutions that deliver good business and customer outcomes. • Demonstrate that they can ‘horizon scan and innovate, seeking out new and emerging trends/opportunities and identifying likely impacts and consequences for stakeholders, themselves and the wider business environment. • Possess extensive experience of working as lead analyst on large & complex projects involving multiple stakeholders such as Product Owners, Solutions Architects and Dev Managers.
