To assist the completion of all interim fire risk assessments in accordance with Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 across all Trust premises. To ensure that safety of patients from risk of fire is clearly reflected within fire risk assessments and fire training. To assist the Fire Officer to compile annual reports for the Trust Health and Safety Group. To assist in reducing unwanted fire signals within the organization as part of the overall fire safety strategy. To assist in the development, dissemination, implementation and maintenance of the fire safety strategy across the Trust. To produce and present all necessary reports and statistics to the Fire Officer for presentation at the Health and Safety Group. To assist the Fire Officer on all fire safety related matters and produce and present reports when required. Attend meetings in absence of the Fire Officer. Attend and contribute to team and department meetings. Input training data on to ESR system. To assist in the review of the Fire Safety Policy. To maintain an accurate record of all fire safety incidents, unwanted fire alarm activations.
