This role offers a fantastic balance of office and remote work, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards\nProvide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports\nAssist with the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication\nOrganise and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information\nAssist with any other administrative tasks as required to support the teamQualifications:\n\nProven experience working within the construction industry\nStrong background in document control and administrative support\nExcellent organisational and multi-tasking skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingTo be considered for this opportunity, please apply now with your most up to date CV
