JOB TITLE: Account Manager
LOCATION(S): Watford
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.
About this Opportunity
As an Account Manager you’ll manage Tusker’s customers, both new and current, to build strong relationships and meet customer needs.
Providing pro-active account management to segment 1 and 2 customers for our salary sacrifice and contract hire customers.
Identifying and managing opportunities to improve visibility and processes. Working with the Marketing team to strengthen customer relationships.
Accurately completing documentation for the customer contacts and agreements.
Taking responsibility for enquiries (internally and externally), providing essential documentation, information, and advice where necessary.
Attend webinars when required, present to clients, and complete scheme reviews via videoconferencing.

What you’ll need
Established history of rapport building and relationship management at a strategic level through excellent customer care.
A high level of IT literacy; with a robust knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online systems.
Strong attention to detail with an excellent customer service ethos with a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Understanding of company car policies and procedures and the ability to explain these at a driver and fleet manager level.
Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to plan, problem solve, and prioritise.
Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills in order to adapt to changes with our product and services.
And any experience of these would be really useful
High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
Motivated by and understands the importance of achieving targets, individually and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Polite and professional telephone manner.
Self-management with strong organisational and time management skills.
