Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure problems. Support the 1st/2nd line team with service desk escalations. Maintain servers, virtualization environments, and other IT infrastructure. Liaise with third-party suppliers as needed. Provide multi-channel support: face-to-face, phone, email, and remote. Oversee IT security controls and applications. Participate in project management tasks. Document infrastructure systems and processes according to industry standards (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 22301). Skills & Experience: Prior experience in a similar IT support role. Valid, clean drivers license. Proficiency with Windows Server (2008-2022) and Office. Experience with SQL Databases and SSIS. Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and services (Active Directory, Group Policy). Familiarity with vSphere/Esxi and Veeam Backup/Replication. Networking management, cabling, and patching experience. Security and firewall expertise. Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware/software issues. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
