This role sits within our US team (based in the UK for now) and is fundamental to our ongoing success in the US market.
The team recruits into the Automotive Sector within the US and has seen rapid growth in a relatively short space of time. The Recruitment Manager will support the team's activities and be primarily responsible for Business Development.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless hiring process for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various recruitment tools and platforms, as well as exceptional communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Build, develop and manage client relationships. This will include regular trips to the States.
* Leverage social media management tools for lead generation and to enhance the company’s employer brand.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
* Analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
* Coach and guide a team of experienced Recruiters
Skills
* Proficiency in Recruitment software and associated platforms
* Strong understanding of social media management for effective candidate outreach.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Proven experience in lead generation techniques to attract high-quality candidates and clients
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
