The Role We are on a mission to help shape the future of education. Our Head of Sales will lead our dynamic team and take our Early Years and Education sales to the next level. With a focus on smaller Early Years chains and SMEs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and impact in the education sector. You will be responsible for a team of 8, including Business Development Executives and Regional Employer Engagement Officers. The role will involve: - Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed starts targets. - Develop effective sales techniques that help support the sales team to sell Early Years apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and Adult Education products. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. - Ensure sales team maximise inbound sales enquires, monitor conversion rates and implement improvement techniques - Provide regular feedback on team performance during internal project performance meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. -Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments in a matrix working environment to achieve shared goals. - Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges in the Early Years sector.
