Keystone Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager to lead our team in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of high-quality care within our residential home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
2. Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing support, supervision, and professional development.
3. Ensure the provision of person-centred care that meets the individual needs and preferences of residents.
4. Develop and implement care plans, monitor outcomes, and make adjustments as necessary.
5. Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, staffing, and maintaining accurate records.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in residential care.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
1. Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
2. Previous experience managing a Residential Care Home.
