An academy trust that we work closely with are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Primary Teachers to join their team at their schools in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate educators to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire young learners, covering for absent teachers on a flexible, as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary-aged pupils, in line with the curriculum.
* Manage classroom behavior to ensure a positive learning environment.
* Support and challenge pupils of varying abilities, ensuring inclusive education for all.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
* Uphold the Trust’s commitment to promoting respect, tolerance, and cultural awareness.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools within the Trust.
* A passion for fostering a love of learning and ensuring the best outcomes for every child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
