Job Title: Project Manager Rewards: Competitive salary, Cash for car or Company car plus benefits Location: Ringwood Role/ Purpose The purpose of this role is to manage and successfully deliver several high-profile projects that form part of the wider Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Improvement Plan. To support the MD's vision to better CEM's processes. You will form part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as well as working with the Commercial Director to implement additional income streams for the business. Success is measured by the delivery of the projects to cost, quality, time and scope criteria, together with full acceptance by impacted business areas and a smooth transition into day-to-day operations. The projects are to be delivered using standard project management techniques and effective planning, reporting, budget and risk/issue management are expected throughout. Relationships Key relationships for the role include: CEM MD as the main sponsor of the Improvement Plan Key business stakeholders (Directors and Heads of function) Group ICT Team (as stakeholders and key delivery resources Key suppliers Main Duties and Responsibilities Project identification and scoring Project planning and scope definition Definition of deliverables, tasks and sequencing (dependency management) Project scheduling (including estimating) Project execution and control Project handover and closure Identifying, securing and managing project resources Tracking and reporting of progress Conditions of Work The base for all projects will be the Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire. However, there will be occasional requirements to travel to Lodges or to one of our key suppliers. All travel will be within the UK. Standard hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday with one hour for lunch each day. The Project Manager is expected to be flexible in keeping with the responsibilities of the position which may include working additional hours at critical times.
