Alongside Tyrefix, our newly formed division,PlantFix UKprovides expert servicing, repair, and maintenance for plant machinery across the country. With a growing team and an expanding customer base, we are now looking for an experienced and motivatedService Administratorto support the new division from our Ibstock office.

Your Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Manage the ordering and timely delivery of parts, consumables and uniform Engineers/Fitters
* Provide administrative support for compliance and fleet maintenance
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes, raise purchase orders, and track deliveries
* Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, liaising with the team to minimise downtime
* Process supplier invoices and work with the accounts team to reconcile purchase orders
* Maintain service and maintenance records for customer machinery to ensure compliance with service schedules
* Support health and safety documentation and compliance checks for field engineers and workshop operations
* Assist with customer communications, providing updates on parts availability and general enquiries
* Monitor and replenish workshop consumables, tools, and equipment as required
* Provide general administrative support across PlantFix UK as required by the management team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Transport, Fleet, Service or Operations Administrator in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and self-management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A proactive, positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support across teams
* Familiarity with servicing and repair processes (desirable, but not essential)
