Location: Brixworth / Towcester / Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As Administrator, you'll be working within the HR team, acting as the first point of contact for all HR administration queries, processing a wide range of employee lifecycle transactions and delivering an efficient HR administration service.
Your day to day will include:
* Working closely with and aiding the Human Resources Business Partner
* Dealing with queries in relation to terms and conditions, pay and other HR related topics
* Adhering to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
* Producing and issuing correspondence to employees in respect of changes to employment terms
* Maintaining accurate employee records
What are we looking for?
This role of Performance Analyst is great for you if:
* Previous experience of working within human resources environment, currently meeting quality standards in your role and can effectively complete work on a right first-time basis, ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients
* High accuracy and attention to detail, comfortable communicating effectively with key stakeholders, proficient in using Microsoft office including Word and Excel, adaptable and flexible in times of change
* Demonstrate a commitment to working within a team, effectively supporting the needs of the business and able to work on own initiative
