The Role – National Account Manager:
As National Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing both new and existing retail accounts across our Photo Imaging, Instax and Electronic Imaging categories. You will drive sales growth by building and maintaining excellent relationships and developing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for the strategic planning of retail account performance and aligning Fujifilm’s objectives and targets with the customer’s needs, representing Fujifilm to both existing and prospective customers, as well as representing the customers to internal senior stakeholders. You will also be required to work closely with internal departments (including Marketing, Product and Finance) to communicate regular updates and provide a high-quality service of account management.
Person Requirements:
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager, optimising account performance within a consumer brand.
* Experience working with/for large retailers.
* Proven experience producing regular, insightful reports and presentations to show market trends, business performance and opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence to engage and present to internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain a high standard of work whilst meeting various deadlines and business needs.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solution focused mindset.
* Proactive and resourceful with a creative thinking mindset to identify new opportunities and sales strategies.
* Must be able to travel to our newly developed Bedford Head Office weekly, and our flagship store in the heart of Covent Garden monthly (or as required). A successful candidate must have a willingness to travel where required for internal and external requirements when needed.
* Full UK Driving License required.
