Responsibilities:
1. Meet the Sales and GM targets assigned per Business Type (Products, Service and Projects)
2. Maintain and develop long term relationships with key customers, developing contract strategy and maximising sales opportunities via focused key account planning and a project management type approach.
3. Generate new profitable sales & Engineering Project opportunities within nominated key customers & prospects to develop FFT’s presence within the existing customer group and the market at large.
4. Define, develop and achieve strategic customer KPIs.
5. Develop & proactively manage strategic key account plans.
6. Lead regular documented contract reviews with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction ratings, drive continuous improvement & develop further sales opportunities.
7. Lead internal key account teams, working together with the customer to ensure account & project management activity is undertaken and actions completed in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Evaluate new service provisions to add to the Viledon filterCair brand, where FFT can add value to the customer, providing improvements in quality and cost effectiveness.
9. Monitor and report turnover and profitability on a monthly basis, providing effective solutions to overcome variations to plan.
10. Gather, record and disseminate relevant information and opportunities from customers, for use in determining sales tactics and market opportunities.
11. Prepare detailed customer proposals, contract costings and quotations focused towards a tailored service and a solution sale.
12. Assist in developing an efficient and effective operative plan for key markets and key allocated customers as required.
13. Support filterCair activities (such as filter changes & technical visits / audits) from time to time to gain a full view of the challenges and added value aspects of the filterCair service provision.
14. CRM input of all customer-related activities.
15. Participate in local and global meetings with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. a passion for sales
2. the ability to follow apprenticeship training in the sales field
3. Grade 9-4 GCSE in Maths and English
4. Driving Licence
