We have a vacancy for a Nurse Vaccinator to support a new vaccine programme for pregnant women alongside the current vaccination offer.
The postholder will promote the programme to pregnant women to improve the uptake of vaccines in pregnancy in addition to running daily planned and ad hoc clinics to deliver flu, pertussis, and RSV vaccines. This is a fixed term post for 24 months initially.
Main Duties of the Job
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Promoting the maternal vaccine programme
2. Facilitating planned and ad hoc clinics to deliver maternal vaccines
3. Working with the MDT to improve the service
