Telesales Executive Corby
Base Salary: £24,500 + Guaranteed Commission of £400/month (for the first 6 months)
Monday to Friday - 37.5h per week
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential business customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ambition to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and opportunities
Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships with existing accounts
Understand and assess business needs to propose suitable services
Present and promote products and solutions confidently and persuasively
Close deals effectively and consistently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven outbound telesales or B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A team-player mindset with the drive to succeed
