Culture Guru is recruiting a Personal Assistant to support 3 x Directors and their team at a well-established and prestigious property development business.
As a Personal Assistant, you'll become an indispensable part of the dynamic team, acting as the primary liaison for senior divisional leaders.
In this pivotal role, your sharp attention to detail will be crucial in orchestrating seamless communications, meticulously organising complex schedules, and managing correspondence with precision. Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;
* Manage and coordinate intricate diaries for the leadership team, resolving any scheduling conflicts and arranging appointments.
* Organise meetings with high-profile stakeholders and clients, maintaining the firm’s high standards of professionalism and excellence.
* Prioritise important communications and draft necessary responses while managing the inboxes of senior leaders.
* Ensure precision and accuracy in the preparation and delivery of board reports, collaborating with department heads for timely inputs.
* Prepare detailed documentation for project proposals and presentations accurately.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring document uniformity for strategic committee meetings.
* Serve as the central contact for the leadership team, facilitating both internal and external meetings and events.
* Maintain the utmost confidentiality while handling sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
* Undertake additional tasks as necessary to enhance the leadership team's effectiveness and overall department efficiency.

* Substantial experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic and demanding environment.
* Expertise in drafting and reviewing documents, demonstrating excellent literacy skills.
