Role Description
Live Nation UK Marketing Partnerships architects, sells and manages the company’s national and regional corporate sponsorship programmes with the world’s most recognizable brands. It’s an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation’s business including festivals, venues, touring, ticketing, artists, content, media, promotions, and concert production. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team within Partnerships create innovative and engaging marketing platforms that are designed to solve client challenges through the powerful lens of live music culture.
As a Research & Insights Manager, you’ll be translating data/research into insights that elevate the voice of the fan to empower sales, brand, marketing and product teams with solutions that support the team’s goal to help enhance the live experience of millions of music fans by connecting them with world-class brands.

The successful candidate will be a highly resourceful team player who brings their passion for live music, research and insights, and collaboration across cross-functional groups. They will be a self-starter, comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines and work efficiently without compromising on attention to detail. They will have experience working with multiple types of research methodologies and data sets, being able to adapt and leverage to the needs of the business in an agile fashion.
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Essential
* Experience in market research and/or consumer insights in either client/agency side
* Experience using data and metrics to uncover insight and define narratives
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to apply commercial acumen in the research we develop to support business goals
* Proficiency in Q/SPSS or equivalent
Preferred
* B2B and B2C research
* Working/managing online customer community panels
* Experience in multiple industries
What the role includes
* Through the use of internal proprietary research, third party data sources and brand partnership research, assist in providing an insight-led approach to support the Marketing & Creative Solutions and Sales teams
* Day-to-day management of a customer community panel
* Present research findings and industry specific insights internally
* Diagnose and recommend research methodologies / data sources
* Manage vendor relationships
* Analyse multiple data sets to create powerful stories that elevate live music, our audiences and opportunities for brands
* Manage and design primary and vendor research projects including survey design
