Women-Centred Support Practitioner
Have you had experience working as a housing support worker? Do you hold the necessary skills to empower, coach and inspire people to move forward positively with their lives? If you do, then we have a fantastic opportunity for a Women centred, strengths-based Relational Support Practitioner to work within a 24/7 supported accommodation project in Liverpool.
You will be supporting vulnerable females via a trauma informed, strength-based program of empowerment and confidence-building; Enabling them to personally grow, develop and achieve their personal goals within safe and comfortable environment, whilst working towards greater independence and a more permanent housing solution.
