We are looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining a seamless workflow, meeting deadlines, and ensuring exceptional accuracy in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with the Income Team’s priorities and vision. Address escalated issues, complex queries, and complaints.
2. Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Communicate financial policies and debt laws to colleagues and customers.
3. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of best practices and recommend changes to policies and procedures. Implement improvement plans focusing on automation and efficiency.
4. Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of debt-related data within systems, including timely reconciliations and corrections.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and manage debt reporting systems. Produce accurate and timely monthly debt reports, providing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
6. Debt Collection: Utilize data analysis to improve debt collection processes and efficiency. Manage relationships with debt collection agencies and oversee the debt write-off procedure.
