Job Purpose: To manage, promote and develop the existing catering operations to maintain a high quality, cost effective and sustainable food and beverage offering to support College activities.
Hours: 35 hours per week
* Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am until 4:30pm
* Wednesday from 8:30am until 3:30pm
* Friday 9:00am until 3.30pmwith a half hour unpaid break daily.
The role holder will on occasion be expected to undertake additional hours in the evening or weekends to provide hospitality at events and meetings held in the College, but notice will be provided.
Holidays: 25 days per annum plus 6 additional days to be allocated at Christmas and Easter. 11 designated Bank Holidays.
Pension: The role holder will be enrolled in the NILGOSC defined benefit pension scheme.
