We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis at their offices based in the Pride Park area of Derby. This role is 30 hours per week, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to fit around school hours.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.30am-3.30pm
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Following up customer leads from trade shows, online enquiries, and referrals.
2. Researching potential customers and passing on relevant information.
3. Answering the phone and dealing with incoming membership queries.
4. Responding to queries via e-mail.
5. Data Entry.
6. Supporting the teams with ADHOC administrative duties.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in a sales administration role is essential.
2. Experience of working in a membership organisation is preferred.
3. Confident communicator on the telephone and in writing.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
5. Able to commute to the client office in DE24.
