About The Role
RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Night Incident Advisor to join our DAFaid Control Centre based in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall.
As a Night Incident Advisor, you will play an integral role in the efficient operation of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands, you will provide a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered - Objective of our customers is DAFaid 1st Priority.
Salary is £23,795.20 per year plus an additional Night Allowance of £4,112.63 (once your training period is successfully completed).
Shifts are on a rolling 4-ON 4-OFF basis starting at 7pm and finishing at 6am
Pro rata 40 Hours per week.
Key Accountabilities
* Play an integral role in the efficient operation within the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills whilst meeting customer demands.
* Manage workload effectively and in a timely manner.
* Work as an individual within a team while also contributing as part of a team to deliver a service second to none.
We are looking for a highly reliable candidate who can complete work to a high standard of accuracy and detail while working to deadlines. You must possess excellent keyboard skills and proven experience in standard packages of Word and Excel. A confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience working within a Contact Centre environment is desired.
To be successful in this role, you must be assertive and able to effectively handle contacts at all levels within the organisation, both internally and externally. You must be able to work confidently independently as well as part of a team.
