An Alternative Provision is seeking a Part-Time History Teacher to join their dedicated team from September.

Pay: Dependent on skills and experience
Setting: Alternative Provision (Secondary)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and accessible History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
* Adapt teaching to meet a range of needs and learning styles
* Work closely with support staff to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
* Use effective behaviour management strategies to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs
* Contribute to the wider school community and pastoral support systems
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a qualified teacher with experience delivering History at secondary level
* Have strong behaviour management skills and experience working with challenging behaviour
* Be resilient, patient, and creative in their teaching approach
* Have a genuine passion for supporting young people in alternative education settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
