As the operational leader and strategic champion for our Service Catalogue, you will play a key role in shaping, optimising, and continuously improving the capabilities that drive the core of our digital services. Your work will directly impact the operation and evolution of this crucial function across Digital Services This new role offers flexibility to be based in either Birmingham or Manchester. What you'll be leading on
* Collaborate with technical experts, process champions, and suppliers across all business areas to develop and drive forward the strategy and design of our Service Catalogue processes. You'll identify opportunities for improvement and rally key stakeholders to bring them to life.
* Support embedding Service Catalogue processes across the entire digital ecosystem, ensuring consistency and communication throughout the organisation and to external stakeholders.
* Ensuring that the service catalogue is complete and current. Working with service owners to ensure consistency and accuracy of the service catalogue entries.
* Act as the go-to expert for Service Catalogue Management, providing clear, consistent, and up-to-date information about our services and products to customers and end-users.
* Oversee and operate the creation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of our service catalogue to meet ever-changing business needs.
* Define, establish and maintain the key processes that manage, control and govern the Service Catalogue, ensuring it delivers value to Digital Services and the wider organisation.
Proven experience in analysing, designing, planning, and executing work within time, cost, and quality parameters.
* Exceptional influencing skills, enabling you to shape the views of internal teams, customers, suppliers, and partners.
* A track record of implementing strategies and policies that align with broader business objectives.
* Strong leadership experience in an operational management setting, driving teams to deliver high performance.
* Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, both broad and specialised, and a strong understanding of the business, suppliers, and partners.
* Desired qualifications: ITIL 3 Foundation (or higher), ITIL 4 Specialist certifications such as Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) or Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV), or proven experience in an ITIL-aligned organisation.
