The Vacancy
We are looking for a friendly and organised Casual Reception & Administrator Assistant to join our team in High Wycombe.
This role is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality reception and administrative support within the housing provision in High Wycombe.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and the public, either in person or over the phone.
2. Deliver a welcoming, professional, and informative service, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
3. Ensure the safety and security of the building/site during your shift.
4. Provide good quality, efficient and effective administrative support to the Housing Team.
5. Deal with complaints/problems and/or queries in a sensitive manner and refer to appropriate manager/department.
6. Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered at all times.
Requirements:
1. Good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook and IT literate to use other systems.
2. Knowledge, skills and experience in providing administration service.
3. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Ability/Willingness to work on a shift/rota basis which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
